About

Our History

The Empowered Workforce is a distinguished and established nonprofit that has been around since 2009. Formerly known as In Between the Lines, the nonprofit worked to help underprivileged youth reach their full potential through training and resources.

Since our start, we have noticed a much greater need in our society - tradesmen development. Thus, The Empowered Workforce took root. Now we focus our non-profit on training individuals to have the skills needed to work in the trades through mentorship and education. Through this we also work to reduce landfills through environmentally responsible work.

Along the way, many people have joined us in the effort to make the community better one Empowered Person at a time. Our Empowered Members include a variety of resourceful individuals from members of the NFL to our local businesses - each providing essential knowledge and resources to our cause.
