Our Mission
At The Empowered Workforce we are focused on benefiting the lives of the community and the environment. By educating interested individuals with our certified trade partners, we are providing the community with a skilled and developed workforce trained in bettering the community. Not only do we at The Empowered Workforce focus on providing high-quality education in the trades, we also focus on creating a healthier environment with our work in reducing landfills. At The Empowered Workforce, making the world a better place is our highest priority - one empowered person at a time.
The Empowered Workforce Focuses on recycling and reusing materials from projects. Our effort to salvage and re-purpose helps to reduce landfills.
Members of The Empowered Workforce receive hands-on instruction. Instruction is conducted by certified instructors with the home as the classroom.
The Empowered Workforce is a non-profit organization. Working with The Empowered Workforce also allows for tax benefits when consulting an accountant.
We work with our students to fully support them in their training. Students have mentors they can connect with. Allowing for the opportunity to network within the program providing contacts to be successful in trades.
